Send us your artwork and we'll start on mockups. Or, if you want a custom private-label we'll schedule a consultation and discuss design options and process.
We’ll create digital mockups showing your artwork or custom design placement on the hat.
Once design mockup is reviewed and approved we’ll move on to hat style and color selections.
You’ll select the hat styles and colors you’d like for your new custom designed private-label.
Production begins after all artwork is approved and hat styles, colors and quantities are selected.
We'll deliver your new custom hats to your doorstep...free of any shipping charges.

The minimum order for custom hats is 50 units.
Each turnaround time differs depending on the custom project. If you have an event or an in-hand date, please communicate this when you submit your order and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. Typical turnaround time for a custom order is 4-6 weeks.

We require your artwork to be sent to us in a vector format with all fonts outlined. Accepted files: Illustrator, eps or pdf. You can download our spec sheet here.
Yes, we offer custom labels, inside tags, and branding options for your hats. Let us know your specific needs, and we’ll incorporate them into your order.
Initial custom orders require a 50% deposit. Invoice balance must be paid C.O.D., or as agreed upon.
